Delete your account

Last updated 11 September 2026

You can delete your Master Mental Ability account and your practice data at any time, and you do not need to have the app installed to ask. There are two ways.

Two ways to do it

1

In the app — immediate

Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. It happens straight away and you are signed out.

This is the fastest route and it needs nothing from us.

2

By writing to us — no app needed

Email hello@mastermentalability.in with the subject Delete my account, and tell us the mobile number the account is registered to. That is the only thing we need.

We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, delete it, and write back to confirm. We do this within 7 days, and usually the same day.

You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 79735 02255.

Email a deletion request

If you are a parent or guardian asking for a child's account to be removed, write to us the same way and say so. You do not need the app or the password.

What gets erased

Everything that identifies you, and everything you did:

Your account can no longer be signed in to. If you come back later, you start fresh with a new account.

What is kept, and why

Two things outlive the account, and in both cases your name, number and email are removed from them first — what is left cannot be traced back to you by us or by anybody else.

WhatStatusWhy
Payment records kept If you ever paid us, the record of that payment — the amount and the date, without you attached to it — has to survive, so a tax question or a disputed charge a year later can still be answered.
Reports of a broken question kept If you told us a question was wrong, that report stays so the question can be fixed, with you cut out of it. The fault is in our content, not in you, and it must not leave when you do.

If another student used your referral link before you left, the free days they earned stay with them. Their account is theirs, not yours, and nothing in it names you afterwards.

How long it takes

This cannot be undone

There is no recovery period and no restore. Your practice history, your review schedule and your progress are gone for good. If you have paid for access, deleting your account does not refund it and does not carry it to a new account. If you only want to stop the reminders, turn them off in Settings instead — that leaves your practice where it is.
